Please ensure all artwork is returned in its original gallery packaging to maintain its pristine condition and value.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repackage the art in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping box to prevent any scratches or structural damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of authorization.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned piece for integrity, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
